Announcement on Arbeloa imminent?

[General]

Fulham Fan News said the club were expecting to announce it on Friday but there were a couple of hold ups with Visa processing for some reason, but should be announced this week I imagine.

Another random thing happened, which suggests perhaps Media work has already been done is that Jack Kelly the fan/come Fulham journo who recently got an exclusive with Tony Khan, was for some reason at Craven Cottage on Saturday.. Was he doing an exclusive/interview with the new man? A way for TK and the club to speak more directly with the fans, which TK said he wanted to do more of when speaking to Jack in his recent interview?
